A current vaccination certificate against, at least, Feline Respiratory disease (flu) and Feline Enteritis is required. Please bring this with you when dropping off your cat(s) for their holiday. Remember, yearly booster vaccinations need to be kept up to date. This is a Fareham Borough Council licensing requirement.

Illness or injury sustained whilst at the cattery will be covered by PatzCatz. Veterinary Bills incurred through unrelated or pre-existing conditions, diagnosed or not, will be the responsibility of the owner.

All cats must be up to date with flea treatment and preferably de-wormed as well.

Sorry, we prefer not to accommodate un-neutered mature males, except in special circumstances.

Telephone/email bookings must be followed up by booking details and deposit within 7 days. Cancellations must be advised at the latest when full payment is due, 14 days before the stay. Deposits are not refundable.
